She can stand! The other night while the rest of us were having supper Stephanie decided that she was going to stand up by herself. We heard her grunting away but we thought she was playing and those noises are nothing new for her so nobody noticed her trying to stand until she was totally up by herself. Everyone was so proud of her and we were all clapping for her and she stands there looking at us as if to say "what did I do?". It was pretty cute. Since then she has stood up a few more times on her own so I am sure in a couple of weeks it will be a normal thing around here. I can see way more baby proofing in my future! 

Here is Stephanie at 9 months. She has 4 teeth now and is still not crawling, everyone keeps telling me 'any day now' but I guess she hasn't decided she wants to go just yet.
